Girl fourteen indicted of murdering man pronounced to have intimately assaulted her

A 14-year-old lady appeared in justice yesterday charged with murdering a man who had been indicted of passionate offences.

Robert Daley, 45, was found with gash wounds on Friday night at his prosaic in Stockwell, South London. Police and paramedics were called but he was pronounced passed at the scene.

The lady appeared in control at Sutton Youth Court, and was remanded in secure accommodation with the box shelved to subsequent month.

The girl, who cannot be declared for authorised reasons, was ready to go in a grey tip and blue jeans and gazed around the courtroom from her chair in the wharf where she was flanked by security guards during the 15-minute hearing.

Relatives were available to lay in the justice and at slightest one was weeping.

The justice listened that a bail focus was approaching to be done at Croydon Crown Court in the subsequent 48 hours.

The Crown Prosecution Service reliable that Mr Daley had been investigated over allegations of passionate offences but the box was dropped.

Although it refused to exhibit the offences they were not pronounced to embody rape.

A mouthpiece said: We deliberate the record progressing this month but there was insufficient justification to assign him.

Police pronounced that the victim, who has not nonetheless been rigourously identified, died from gash wounds to the chest.

An 18-year-old man was arrested progressing in tie with the genocide and was bailed to lapse in May.
